RETURNS POLICY 

At Time Machine we make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we are proud to offer you 14 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website.  

To make the return process easier for you, please follow the steps mentioned below. 

First, please contact the Customer Service at +44(0) 20 7907 9222 or +44(0) 20 7907 9220 to inform us of your decision to withdraw and obtain a Return or exchange number. We will not cover the return postage costs. 

Products that have been purchased on the Website or through the Customer Service may be returned to the following address:

Timepieces have to be in their original condition and unused state. 

Watch bracelets that have been adjusted at the Customer’s request must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package. 

Please also return the original box, all its accessories, the Product Manual, the Certificate of Authenticity and the International Guarantee, as applicable, and all other documents, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to the products. Failure to do so will respectively entitle Time Machine to withhold the corresponding value from the refund made to the Customer, or to refuse the products returned by the Gift Recipient. 

All returns will be subject to strict Quality Control by Time Machine to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. 

If the returned product satisfies Quality Control, Time Machine will proceed with the refund or exchange, within 10 working days as applicable. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

If you wish to exchange a purchase for another product, please just return your undesired item for a refund and order a new product. 

The item has to be in their original condition and unused state, please follow the steps mention above as it will be subject to strict Quality Control by Time Machine to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. 

In your capacity as consumer, you may have legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods; those legal rights are not affected by these Conditions of Sale. 

 

DELIVERY 

We send all Watches out Monday to Friday 

The delivery will arrive the following day by 1pm for orders within UK, and 3-7 working days for Europe and Worldwide, and has to be signed for by the purchaser. 

All packages can be traced at all times. If you wish to track an item please call us for your tracking number. For your security delivery can only be made to the cardholders address. 

Delivery fees are as follows depending on the destination: 

£30.00 Within UK 

€70.00 in Europe 

$150.00 USA and Worldwide 

These prices include packaging, transport and insurance. 

Watches delivered to EU/USA/Worldwide are subject to the VAT in your country and will be charged by FedEx/UPS to the receiver.
